2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All ticket purchases, deposits, and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of live event planning, seating limitations, venue commitments, and operational costs, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

* Failure to attend
* Travel delays
* Weather conditions
* Illness
* Change of mind

3. EVENT MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify:

* Venue locations
* Event format
* Event timing

without prior notice when necessary.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including emergencies, acts of God, or unforeseen issues, the event may be rescheduled or converted to a virtual experience at our discretion.

4. MEDIA RELEASE
By attending the event, you grant Kingdom Builders Intensive Weekend permission to photograph, film, and record your participation for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

You understand that these images and recordings may be used without compensation or additional approval.

5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
We are committed to creating a respectful, faith-centered environment.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for:
* Disruptive behavior
* Harassment
* Inappropriate conduct
* Solicitation outside approved vendor opportunities
* Behavior deemed harmful to the event environment

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All event materials, presentations, training content, branding, videos, downloads, and resources are the intellectual property of Kingdom Builders Intensive Weekend and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kingdom Builders Intensive Weekend, its organizers, affiliates, staff, speakers, and venue partners shall not be held liable for:
